The Sillage Experience

Sillage Paros is an immersive experience combining equipment-based Pilates, well-being, disconnection, and the discovery of the island.
Each day is thoughtfully designed as a balance between mindful movement, personal time, and sensory openness.

This journey goes beyond practice alone.
It is about tasting, discovering, and slowing down.
Between guided sessions, shared moments, and quiet pauses, the experience unfolds fully, with deep respect for each participant’s individual rhythm.

Is the stay physically intense?

The rhythm of the retreat is harmonious and adaptable, allowing everyone the freedom to listen to their own energy and pace.
Each day alternates between practice, recovery, breathing, centering, and moments of relaxation.

The intention is never performance, but rather a rich, multisensory experience:
well-being, presence, mindful movement, disconnection, discovery of the island, and the pleasure of being fully present.

The setting & comfort

Accommodation is provided in a contemporary design boutique hotel, selected for the quality of its spaces, its comfort, and its calming atmosphere.
Clean architectural lines, natural materials, and abundant light create an environment that is elegant, serene, and conducive to rest.

The setting fully supports the Sillage experience:
a refined, fluid environment that accompanies both moments of practice and times of rest and reconnection.

Who is Sillage Paros for?

For those who wish to:

  • deepen or discover classical apparatus Pilates in a privileged setting,

  • experience a well-being journey free from pressure, injunctions, or standardized formats,

  • reconnect with their body and senses,

  • discover Paros in a different way, through movement, flavors, and the rhythm of the island,

  • enjoy an immersive, intimate, and elegant experience, unlike what is commonly offered.

Sillage Paros is a journey designed with intention, where the quality of the experience takes over quantity.
